if your car is not lowered, that means your springs/shocks are shot. Even with Eibach springs your camber would not cause any problems.
The wear in one area means that your wheel is bent in that area, or a really messed up wheel balance, I am sure you have a lot vibration in your steering wheel.
One more thing, you might have some bad bushing/s.
The worst case, your frame is bent from an old accident, possibly from a previous owner.
